Rules for the Competition 比赛规则
1
Score 评分
1) 比赛评审委员会由国内外舞蹈界知名人士组成，评委名单将在赛前公布。
1) The Evaluation Committee of the competition will be composed of well-known people from the dance field at home and abroad. The list of judges will be announced before the competition.
2) 所有评委将本着公平公正的原则为参赛选手评分。
2) All the judges will score the contestants based on the principles of fairness and justice.
3) 比赛将采用10分制，每场比赛后评委将为参赛选手分别评分，计算时将去掉最高分和最低分。
3) The competition will adopt a 10-point system. After each competition, the judges will score the contestants respectively, and the highest and lowest points will be removed during calculation.
4) 评分标准：评委将根据参赛选手作品的创意，对音乐的诠释以及编创技术的运用进行综合评分。
4) Scoring criteria: The judges will comprehensively score the interpretation of music and the application of editing and creation technologies according to the creativity of the contestants’ works.
5) 评委必须严守保密规则，不得擅自泄露讨论结果。
5) The judges must strictly comply with the confidentiality rules and shall not divulge the discussion results without authorization.
6) 评委会有权保留任何一个奖项的授予权，根据比赛成绩颁发或不颁发某一奖项，也可将同一奖项拆分给一个以上的参赛选手。
6) The Evaluation Committee shall have the right to retain the right to award any award, which can award or not award a certain prize according to the competition results, or split the same prize into more than one contestant.
7) 评委会的决定是终审决定，不可更改。
7) The decision of the Evaluation Committee is final and cannot be changed.

Media reports and video data 媒体报道和影像资料
1) 组委会独家享有比赛及相关活动的以下权利：新闻采访、比赛期间及开幕式活动和庆典演出的录音、录像、实况转播、报道、摄影、印刷品和音像制品的制作和发行、通过信息网络向公众传播等。未经组委会的书面授权，任何人不得进行从事以上活动。
1) The organizing committee shall exclusively enjoy the following rights of the competition and related activities: Production and distribution, and dissemination to the public through information networks of sound recording, video recording, live broadcasting, reporting, photography, printing and audio-visual products to news interview, activities and celebration performances during the competition and the opening ceremony, etc. Without the written authorization of the organizing committee, no person shall engage in the above activities.
2) 组委会及组委会授权的第三方在比赛期间有权安排参赛选手参加摄影、采访、转播、录音、录像等活动。
2) The organizing committee and the third party authorized by the organizing committee shall have the right to arrange the contestants to participate in photography, interviews, broadcasting, audio recording, video recording and other activities during the competition.
3) 组委会承诺参赛选手的形象不受歪曲。
3) The organizing committee promises that the image of contestants will not be distorted.
4) 组委会及组委会授权的第三方有权在以下情况中及相关制品上使用参赛选手的姓名、肖像、照片、声音、履历：
4) The organizing committee and the third party authorized by the organizing committee shall have the right to use the names, portraits, photos, voices and resumes of contestants in the following circumstances and on related products:
A比赛及相关活动的推广、展示、宣传；
A. Promotion, display and publicity of the competition and related activities;
B比赛及相关活动制作、录制、发行的印刷品、音像制品上，以及上述印刷品、音像制品的宣传、销售。
B. Production, recording and distribution of printing and audio-visual products of the competition and related activities, as well as publicity and sales of the above printing and audio-visual products.
5) 参赛选手对组委会(及组委会授权的第三方)关于以上4)的许可是全球范围内的、永久的、无偿的。
5) The permission of contestants to the organizing committee (and the third party authorized by the organizing committee) for the above 4) is worldwide, permanent and free.
6) 参赛选手在比赛中所使用的音乐、舞蹈、舞美设计或向组委会提供的照片、履历等为第三方享有著作权的作品时，参赛选手应当获得著作权人的书面授权。参赛选手保证其所获得的授权不但确保其本人在比赛中对相关作品的使用行为合法，而且应当保证组委会（及组委会授权的第三方）基于本条4）的许可行使相关权利时不会侵犯任何第三方就相关作品的权利。否则参赛选手将承担因违反上述保证给组委会造成的损失。
6) If the music, dance and stage design used by competitors in the competition or the photos and resumes provided to the organizing committee are copyrighted by a third party, the contestant shall obtain the written authorization from the copyright owner. The contestant shall guarantee that the authorization not only ensures that the use of works in the competition is legal, but also shall guarantee that the organizing committee (and the third party authorized by the organizing committee) in exercising the relevant rights does not infringe the rights of any third party in respect of 4) in this Article. Otherwise, the contestant will bear the losses caused to the organizing committee by the violation of the above guarantee.
7) 比赛期间参赛选手不得擅自接受未经组委会书面授权的任何新闻媒体、组织或个人关于比赛的采访或擅自向第三方透露与比赛相关的未经公开披露的信息，否则组委会有权决定是否取消其参赛资格。
7) During the competition, contestants shall not be allowed to be interviewed about the competition by any news media, organizations or individuals without written authorization from the organizing committee or unlawfully disclose to a third party information relating to the competition that has not been publicly disclosed. Otherwise, the organizing committee shall have the right to decide whether to cancel the competition.
