文：Zeal Care 好女傭和好員工一樣，三分看運氣，七分看管理。放任不管是很難出好女傭的，或者說前面什麼都不說，等到女傭各方面的表現都已經忍不了了，再開始想要上規矩，女傭通常都會受不了干不下去。
管理最好的方式
女傭上崗的時候就有家務清單以及自己家裡的家規。家務清單可以列印出來，買一份專門的檯曆給女傭做好標註。和女傭兩個人坐下來，把家規慢慢過一遍，過完讓女傭簽個字，給女傭留一份。
家規不是給掉就結束了，剛開始的時候女傭肯定是記不清楚的，需要給到女傭一段時間去適應和調整，所以僱主要做好監督和鼓勵，多念念家規條款，相信經過一段時間的適應，能非常熟悉家規。
家規什麼時候制定最合適呢？就是接回來的早兩天，雙方剛開始磨合的時候。
我們結合大部分華人僱主的需求，列出來一些常見的家規，大家可以根據自己的家庭情況做相應的調整，制定最合適自己家的家規。
家規包括哪些方面？
家規可以越全面越好，我們從遵紀守法、衛生標準、居家安全、照料孩子、金錢財務、工作態度、休息日、家電的使用、生病和體檢幾點來列出。
遵紀守法 ---------------------------- Self-discipline and obey the law
不可以拿走任何東西，包括金錢，珠寶，衣服，雜貨和/或任何有價值的東西，無論是新的還是使用過的，沒有經過我們的允許，即使只借幾個小時或幾天，這都將被視為偷竊，在新加坡是犯法的。
NEVER take anything from the house, including money, jewelries, clothes, groceries and/or anything of value, no matter new or used, even just borrow for a few hours or days without / Madam’s permission. Otherwise this will be treated as stealing and is illegal in Singapore.
不可在外做兼職。這是違法的，會被驅逐出境。
NEVER take part-time job. This is against the law, you and employer both will be fined and you will be repatriated.
在新加坡懷孕會被驅逐出境。
If you are pregnent you will be repatriated according to Singapore law.
不能抽菸和喝酒。
No smoking or drinking is allowed.
請勿使用其他家庭成員的物品。
DO NOT use other family members』 personnal belongings.
如果做錯了事，不要害怕受懲罰，無論如何應立即報告，請做到誠實。
Allowed to make mistake. But must report any mistakes or accidents immediately and ask for instruction.ALWAYS be honest to Sir and Madam.
衛生標準 -------------------
Cleaning stardard
兒童的衣服和大人的衣服需要分開洗，兒童用專門的兒童洗衣液，兒童的內褲需要手洗，可以一起烘乾。
Adults『 clothes and children’s clothes need to wash separated in washing machine, use kids』 laundry detergent when washing children’s clothes. Hand wash children’s underpants. Can temper dry together.
腳墊、抹布分開手洗，不能進洗衣機，烘乾機。 Floor mat, cleaning towels must hand wash, can not put in washing machine or drying machine.
洗衣服的時候，把口袋全部掏空。
Empty all the pockets before washing clothes.
擦廚房抹布、擦餐桌抹布、和擦地抹布做好標籤，嚴格分開使用。
Label different towels. Kitchen towel, dinning table towel and floor towel. Strictly wash and use seperately.
所有的碗盤需要徹底濾幹才可以放進櫥櫃。 Make sure all plates are dry before putting back to cabinet.
晚餐打掃完廚房需要把廚餘垃圾扔掉。
Every night, after cleaning up the kitchen, throw away the kitchen garbage.
常洗手，請使用洗手液或肥皂洗手，上廁所之後，處理食物之前，陪孩子玩耍之前，打掃完畢，或者從外面回到家，倒垃圾之後都必須要洗手。
MUST be aware of personal hygiene and wash hands frequently. Must wash hand after using toilet,doing house cleaning,before dealing with food, playing with children, coming back from outside or dumping the garbage.
日常工作時，不可化妝, 不可噴香水。工作時把頭髮綁起來，保持指甲清潔，不塗指甲油。工作時打扮得體，不穿低胸T恤，不穿緊身衣服褲子。
DO NOT put on make-up,do not use perfume,nail polish while on duty.ALWAYS tie your hair up and keep short and clean nails. DO NOT wear tight jeans, pants, low-cut or tight T-shirt while you are working.
始終保持廚房，衛生間台面和地面清潔無積水。
Always keep the kitchen and toilet table and floor clean and dry.
購物袋和手提袋不能放在沙發上或者餐桌上。
No shopping bags, handbags are allowed on table or sofa.
晾曬清洗的衣物如下雨需及時收回。萬一淋濕，麻煩再次清洗。
Laundries should be placed OUTSIDE on the balcony, must be taken in-door if it rains. In case they are washed by rain, they must be re-washed again.
食物需存放在容器或密閉袋中，以防止昆蟲進入。如有必要，將它們放入冰箱。
ALWAYS store food in a container or sealed bag to avoid insects. Put them in the fridge if necessary.
不能將電器和電飯鍋浸泡在水中洗滌。用一塊略濕的布清潔擦拭即可。
All electrical appliances and rice cookers cannot be dipped into water for washing. Clean with a piece of slightly wet cloth.
居家安全 ------------- Home Safty
任何情況下都不可以帶別人來家裡。
Do not bring any friends/relatives and any other people into the house.
始終妥善保管您的鑰匙和門卡。切勿給其他人。
ALWAYS take good possession of your key and access card. Never share them with anyone.
除非我們事先通知，不要放陌生人進門。需要得到僱主的許可才可以開門。
NEVER open the door and allow anyone to enter into the house when we are not home unless with our prior permission.
切勿向鄰居，您的朋友和任何人透露有關我們家庭的任何信息，包括電話號碼、家庭成員的地址和個人詳細信息。
NEVER disclose anything about our home including telephone number, address and personal details of our family (members) to the neighbor, security guards, your friends and anyone.
家裡的攝像頭不能遮擋或者斷電。
Never block CCTV cameras in house or shut down power supply.
除清潔外，請勿隨意進入主臥。
Never enter into Sir / Madam’s bedroom except for cleaning purpose.
如果聞到天然氣味道，請打開所有窗戶並關閉天然氣開關。請勿觸摸任何電器或使用電話，任何電火花都可能引起爆炸。立即將孩子帶到大廳的安全區域，並儘快告知我們。
If you smell any gas, open all the windows and switch off the main gas switch. DO NOT touch any electrical appliance nor use the telephone. Any electrical spark may cause explosion. Bring the children to the security counter at the lobby immediately and use the phone there to call Sir / Madam.
